Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of BizBook Pro. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service
BizBook Pro is a multi-company payroll and finance-management platform. Calculations, including UK PAYE, National Insurance, VAT and CIS figures, are provided as tools to assist you and your accountant. They do not constitute tax, legal or accounting advice. You remain responsible for verifying all figures and for your own filings and submissions to HMRC or any other authority.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to breach its security, reverse-engineer it, use it for unlawful purposes, upload malicious code, or infringe others' rights. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the data you enter. You grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process the personal data of your employees and suppliers.
5. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Prices are shown before purchase and may exclude applicable taxes, which are added at checkout. Your subscription renews automatically each period until cancelled.
6. Cancellation & suspension
You may cancel at any time from your billing page; access continues until the end of the current paid period and does not renew. We may suspend or limit the service for non-payment, suspected abuse, or to comply with law.
7. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, update features, or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice where practicable.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of automated calculations.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, loss of profit or data, or losses arising from reliance on automated calculations without independent professional verification. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
